Who we are
Bellwood House Care Home is run by Bellwood House Ltd, Barrow Street, Much Wenlock TF13 6EN. We are the data controller for information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you book a visit, contact us or apply for a job, we collect your name, contact details and anything you write in the message. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange your visit or consider your application. We keep enquiries for twelve months and job applications for six months, then delete them.
Residents’ records
Care records for residents are kept separately under our care records policy, which we share with families on admission.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@bellwood.example or call 01952 727 418.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
